Appointments are required and made over the phone. Weekday bridal appointments begin at 11am with our last  appointment at 4pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays or 6pm on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. On Saturdays, brides can schedule appointments at 10am, 12:30pm, and 3pm. Saturday appointments do require a $35 deposit at booking. The deposit will be put towards the purchase of dress. It is non-refundable if a dress is not purchased or the appointment is not canceled with less than 48 hours notice, or no shows to their appointment.  We want you to have an exceptional experience in our store; therefore, we want to make sure one of our bridal consultants will be readily available to assist you, regardless of the type of appointment you are booking.

Our rooms accommodate between 2 and 4 guests. We do not allow children under the age of 10 in the store unless the child is an infant and in a car seat or carrier for the duration of the appointment. With experience, it is less stressful and more beneficial to bring only those who will help you make this important decision. Once you find your dress, there is plenty of time to bring additional guests to any future appointments.
